To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

Please note: Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

🚚 How to Start a Return (Australia Only)

To request a return:

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you'd like to return, and reason for return

  3. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and the return address (based in Australia)

Please do not send items back without contacting us first – unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

🧴 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products

  • Sale items or promotional bundles

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised items
